MI 11 Lite Vs Samsung Galaxy A52 Phone Comparison

Yet again Xiaomi has exceeded our expectations with another mid-ranger. The brand again and again proves to be our gateway to innovative and better life style. Therefore, with a complete delight I am presenting before you a detailed Mi 11 Lite review along its comparison with other smartphones.
Mi 11 Lite continues the legacy of the flagship Mi 11 in the midrange market. The featherweight and elegantly designed body of the premium phone, packs all the perks of the mothership device. Mi 11 lite features a phenomenal camera, an enjoyable HRR OLED display that is accompanied with a large fast charging battery and an all in all sleek user interface.
SPECIFICATION
Well, the Mi 11 Lite specs are totally outrageous in comparison to its price tag. A phone priced at just PKR 43, 999 features a 6.55 inches Amoled display supported by 10-bit TrueColor. You can experience natural and smoother colors with optimal HUE and contrast, not only that the screen produces 1.07 billion luminous colors that bring life to the images.
To find every detail in the images the display is assisted with high resolution of 2400×1080 along with DCI-P3 color Gamut and HDR 10. The 90 Hz refresh rate and the 240 Hz touch sampling rate makes the phone responsive while providing appealing visuals. The high touch sample rate also appeals to gamers. The phone is well equipped to support high-res gaming, featuring the Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G, 4250mAh battery with 33W charging, 6GB of LPDDR4X Ram alongside ample 128GB UFS 2.2 internal storage. The snapdragon 732G is a well renowned and powerful chipset that can power you through all the latest games namely Call of Duty, PUBG and Fortnite.
Camera
Even though the phone is capable of gaming, that’s not the key feature that draws people’s attention. The best-in-class camera is the forefront of this staggering device. The cameras on the Xiaomi phones have always dragged eyeballs toward the brand and we couldn’t have expected less from Mi 11 lite. In the triple camera setup, we have a 64MP primary camera with a 6P lens and f/1.79 aperture, alongside that there is an 8MP Ultra-Wide camera with 119-degree FOV and a 5MP telemicro shooter that features 2x more magnification in comparison to a normal macro lens. The AI technology that Xiaomi incorporates with their cameras is just something that takes videos to the next level.
New AI camera features are something I always look forward to while reviewing the latest Xiaomi mobile phones. This time Xiaomi entertains us with AI features like Magic Zoom, Slow Shutter, Parallel World, Night time-lapse, Freeze time and Freeze time Videos. You can even explore more creative possibilities with 8 different cinematic filters that can change the feel of your videos and transform them into visual treats. There is also a Pro time lapse and an ultra-wide night mode to play with. At the front the 16MP camera also shares the same traits as the main triple camera. With the MI 11 Lite Xiaomi has delivered an incredible midrange camera phone that produces fantastic results without the help of any third-party editing software or a professional experience with technology.
Before we jump to the conclusion whether to crown the new mid-ranger by Xiaomi or to not, let’s put it through a fair comparison with other phones in the market. The Mi 11 lite price is under 45000 but with the specs it carries I am sure it can battle a phone above its league. I have paired the phone against a fair competitor, the Samsung Galaxy A52.
Mi 11 Lite Vs Samsung Galaxy A52
Let’s start with a brief Samsung Galaxy A52 review. The phone is based on android 11 operating system and a Snapdragon 720G processor. Samsung Galaxy A52 features a 6.5 inches Amoled display, a 128GB Internal storage and 8GB RAM. There is a quad camera setup of 64MP main camera, 12MP Ultrawide, 5MP Macro and 5MP Depth sensor, plus a 32MP selfie camera. The Samsung Galaxy A52 price is PKR 57,999.
Now to the comparison, Mi 11 lite costs 13,000 cheaper and still offers the same stunning Samsung A52 specification. In a price cut of 13k you get a lightweight and better-looking device with a better processor. In comparison to A52s plastic back panel the glossy glass back on Mi 11 Lite looks more premium.
The side bezels on the Mi 11 Lite are thinner and the Amoled screen is half an inch larger however the display quality is similar. The in-display fingerprint scanner on Samsung A52 is not as snappy as the physical side mounted sensor on mi 11 lite. When we look at the benchmark results, despite the 8Gb RAM on A52, the mi 11 lite somehow manages to score 15% better. In terms of user interface, the haptic engine on the Mi 11 lite produces a sharp and responsive vibration in respect to the slow and dull ones on the A52.
There is an extra camera sensor on the A52 but when we put both the phones to actual test there is just a bit of a difference. The photos from A52 feel natural while the 11 Lite shows them with a beautified effect so the choice remains on preference. However, Mi 11 lite does well in night mode and captures well-lit photos.
As to the battery, Mi 11 lite being a slimmer phone comes with a slightly smaller battery of 4,250mAh in comparison to 4,500mAh on the A52. But Xiaomi compensates this by offering a faster 33W charger against Samsung’s 25W charger. At last, let’s wrap things with the audio quality, both the devices have awesome stereo systems. But you can feel that mi 11 lite has a much richer and louder sound.
Final Thoughts
There is no doubt in saying that both the devices are remarkable. Each of them has their own strengths but at the end of the day the extra 13,000 rupees for the Samsung Galaxy A52 doesn’t seem justified. For me the Mi 11 lite comes on top with its premium looks, slimmer design and incredible camera performance.
