Our Environment helps us to motivate in our work. You may often notice you start doing the same as other people near you. People around us have a significant impact. For example, suppose athletes living in the countryside face difficulty due to a lack of facilities and training compared to other players. But hardships make us strong. So, someone may not notice about facilities & advantages of others and try to fight under limited resources. We may support talented players with equipment, training or travelling tickets, and although we may not get any return, the joy of our country’s success is the best return.

Positive effects of sports:

Better performance:

If someone wants a better performance, then he should be punctual and will not hesitate to learn even more minor things. So sleep & woke-up up early and start performing your regular tasks with a bit of breakfast.

Improved performance:

It is a little different from better performance. In it, we improve our actions/ steps by taking the risk of failure.

Swimming:

It is a long process in our life to check our version, process, develop and record our goals with regular evaluation. In short proper planning makes our life easy. We may use dairy or calendars to keep our tasks up to date.

Things to learn from sports and apply in our daily life

ASPIRE framework:

A stands for Assess personal & environmental factors, while with S (Specific & measurable goals set), P (Performance/ learning & process goals set, I (Incremental short-term objectives leading to long-term goals set), R (realistic yet challenging goals set) & R (evaluate & support). Through this process, we can achieve any target, from minor too big.

Assess personal & environmental factors:

It is necessary to select desired objectives, but before it, we may check out our ability level, the available resources we have, how much the task is difficult & whom we work with the people. In other words, first check-out circumstances before execution.

Specific & measurable goals set:

We may set targets in our life that we can easily measure without any hurdles. If we take an example from our daily life, if we cook food, we are unable to calculate its taste, but if we make changes in our home, it will be measured again.

Performance, Learning, & Process Goals:

We can check out our performance and task on a competitive basis (win or loss) and keep on improving while judging our mistakes with a focus on the job, which leads towards success. Research and development are vital for our work also. In our daily life, on weekends, we may think about the whole week’s mistakes and ways to try to overcome them the next time and include them in research and development.
